Mr. Ashley Sanders

Biography

On behalf of the faculty, staff, and students at Geneva County High School, I would like to welcome you to our website. My name is Ashley Sanders, and I am honored to be the principal here at GCHS. I have served as the principal of Samson Middle School in the past, and I am excited to begin my sixth year as the principal of our high school. I have been in education for over 15 years, and in addition to being a principal, I have served as a coach, science teacher, and agriscience teacher. I am married to Amanda Sanders, and together, we have two children, William and Eleanor.

Our main goal at Geneva County High School is to prepare our students for success in their future endeavors. In order to make this goal possible, we strive to maintain a working relationship with our parents and the community. An integral aspect of this relationship is an open door policy where we place the needs of our students first. I look forward to working alongside each of you as we work to “Achieve Excellence Together.”
