Mrs. Jamie Barnes

Biography

My name is Jamie Barnes. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Troy University and a Master's degree in Secondary Math Education. I am highly qualified to teach mathematics at the secondary level.  I currently teach 9th grade Geometry, 11th grade Algebra 2, and 12th grade PreCalculus.

I am married to Brandon Barnes, and we live in Wicksburg. We have three beautiful little girls. Addyson, Bella, and Bonnie.  We have a house full of sassy, loving girls.

This is my 17th year teaching, and my fourth year as a Geneva County Bulldog. My goal is for my students to enjoy and want to come to school themselves, while they learn in a safe and welcoming environment. My specific goal for this year is that we all succeed and show growth in our math classes!
